C4 Designate authority to the County Executive Officer, or their written designee, to submit Shasta County's information and logo on behalf of the Board to join the Diablo Canyon 2045 coalition (Sponsored by Supervisor Plummer).
C5 Approve a combined letter of support for House of Representatives Bill (H.R.) 7296 and U.S. Senate Bill (S.) 3752, collectively known as the SAVE America Act, and designate authority to the County Executive Officer, or their written designee, to submit future letters on the Board’s behalf so long as changes do not substantially alter its intent or affect the Board’s position (Sponsored by Supervisor Kelstrom).

C7 In accordance with Shasta County Code Section 2.48.040, take the following actions regarding the Planning Commission: (1) Remove Steve Kerns as the District 3 representative; (2) declare the seat vacant; (3) receive Supervisor Harmon's nomination of Kevin Butler to serve as the District 3 representative; and (4) direct staff to return to the Board with an item to appoint the nominee to serve the remainder of a four-year term to January 15, 2029.
