DISPOSAL FACILITIES IN THAT CASTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT AREA.
IN 1987 SHASTA COUNTY BOARD AND THE SISKIYOU BOARD ENACTED AN AGREEMENT THAT PARCELS DEVELOPED PARCELS WITHIN THAT BOUNDARY WOULD HAVE WOULD ALSO HAVE A SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL ASSESSMENT.
CURRENTLY THAT ASSESSMENT IS 72 TO $72.45 PER YEAR.
THAT'S A BASE RATE FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE IF YOU HAVE A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OR MULTIFAMILY.
THERE'S A MODIFIER THAT MAY RAISE THAT ASSESSMENT.
